All About Hello Kity

The SM group of management once again attracted millions of people for the Christmas celebration at The Block, Atrium last year. The Hello Kitty Village was set up comprising of the Cake Shop, Activity Hall,  House and Cafe.

Aside from the gorgeous facade, the interiors were intricately decorated too. Sanrio characters like Mimmy, Dear Daniel, Mama Mary, Papa George, Grandpa Anthony, Grandma Margaret and Hello Kitty were also present that never failed to fascinate every curious onlookers, fanatics and even the young at heart!

The theme was everywhere the mall and even the Sky Garden was festively decorated with lighted Christmas trees and Hello Kitty lamp posts. Every shopper (or window shopper) must have enjoyed the ambiance more than shopping, when the crowd begins to thicken especially for some last minute purchasing.

If you've missed this seasonal Christmas theme of SM, you can still experience Hello Kitty while traveling through Eva Air in Taiwan. Enjoy the rest of the photos while I give you a tour of how flying can be as extraordinary, unique and fun!

Let me end this post by quoting Walt Disney. He said, "All our dreams come true if we have the courage to pursue them."  And with that, I hope I have tickled the child in you.

  1. How cute and fun for children (and adults). I first heard of Hello Kitty when my daughter moved to Japan in 1990. It appears Miss Kitty is still really popular.

  34. I love the quote you put in at the end of this post. I'm not a fan of Hello Kitty, but because of my daughters I have to. Their things are quite expensive that's why I chose a different character for them to love. Thank God my Julia don't have a specific favorite. Anything cute, she'll like. O my, I love that plane ride.
