Yes, You Can!

Resolutions have been made even before the unfolding of 2013. Seemingly, you try to organize your life and the aspects of it as you reflect on the year that was and the events that transpired. You make a list you wish to alter, accomplish and explore. A list that could have evolved from the dream of having your own house, the ambition to be successful in your chosen career or fueled by your passion to be fitter.

We consciously work on our set goals towards the realization of a …

…  happy new you (and me *wink). Besides no one said it’s gonna be easy, right? Remember though that no matter how bad you feel or whether you're slacking to start the journey ...

Sometimes too when my defenses are low, I am undecided whether to choose between ...

... until I flip through the pages of my dream and recall to be fit this 2013!

And remind myself that it is possible because ...

... and envision myself (and perhaps you too) for instance to be ...

... only if we seriously

because

  24. It sure is true that getting started is indeed the hardest, or picking up where we left off. I would ask myself, is this what you really want and dream about? Why aren't you acting upon it? Making myself guilty, I suppose.

  25. "When our defenses are down", when we are sad, there is a tendency to just give in. We need to remind ourselves then of our goals and get back on track.
