Timeless Beauty Secrets

I am no expert when it comes to this subject. Nor did I spend extensive years in a prestigious university to research on a product that may delay your aging. But I have witnessed a number of beautiful people whose outward appearances continue to radiate and sparkle without undergoing a surgery. They never even put expensive creams and lotions on their faces. It won't cost you much either because most of these ingredients are free. Are you eager to know them?

Beautiful faces in the Philippine movie industy

1. Smile. It lightens up your mood and your environment. Unknowingly, you may even make your recipient happier and feel better. It'll counteract your tired or sad feelings especially when you're stressed out and overwhelmed. Making this a habit starting today will certainly make you appear younger; so smile often.

2. The equation: exercise = endorphins = happy hormones! has been proven to be true since time immemorial. You don't need to go to the gym or to run a marathon to experience a "runner's high." As long as your heart rate increases, your body releases neurochemicals serotonin,  norepinephrine and dopamine  – the happy hormones. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Do household chores, run in place or borrow your child's jump rope to burn calories. Exercise, my friend. As you begin to lose those unwanted bulges, your appearance will be youthful too and your mood will dramatically change!

3. Sleep at least seven hours per day is the advise of most clinicians for your skin to glow and for you to function at your best. Getting quality and sufficient rest will protect your mental and physical health, your emotional well-being and will make you exceedingly beautiful. No amount of make-up can conceal a sleep-deprived person. It will even make you appear older. Invest in your 40 winks and beauty rest. Go to bed early and wake up feeling all energized and glowing beautifully.

4. Do not worry. Psalm 55:22 teaches you and me to cast our burdens upon the Lord. Worrying will make you ugly, irritable and unpleasant. He will surely sustain our needs and help solve our every problems in His perfect time. We just have to have faith and to continuously pray without ceasing.

Which beauty regimen do you practice? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

  1. I think wearing a smile and making yourself less stress will be a great one. Also keeping your body hydrated with water is another option too.

  3. I think I could still improve on the sleeping part hehehe. I am losing sleep because of books...at least, it's not wasted time lol! Ah, looking at those beauties, imho, Dawn exudes timeless beauty. In fact, I think she blooms as she ages. Gretchen is also beautiful without makeup. Problem is, she can't seem to be contented with her natural beauty. Her face seems unnatural now, obviously did some face tinkering particularly with the lips
