Because Of Love: Elo and Mara's Love Story



Marriage vows:
Elo: Alam mo, ang dami kong tanong sa Dyos. Bakit ganoon, bakit ako? Wala naman akong natatanggap na sagot. Pero ngayong nasa harap na kita alam ko na ikaw ang sagot sa lahat ng tanong ko. Sa lahat ng dasal ko sobra-sobra pa.

Mara: I will be everything you need me to be today and everyday. I promise to be everything you needed more. I promise never to get tired of scratching your back: kanan, kaliwa, konting taas pa, baba.

Elo: Mula ngayong araw na ito, ipinapangako ko sa iyo, hanggang sa huling hininga ko, sa iyong tabi, ako ay iyong mahahawakan. Mahal na mahal kita.

Mara: I believe I am the helpmate God designed especially for you. And I promise to be the arms that you need to reach your star and the legs that you need to take the two biggest steps. My arms and legs were made to be the extension of yours.

I will never be tired of watching this video over and over again. True love is encapsulated in the lives of Mara, an exceedingly normal person and Elo, not your typical guy. Love is definitely the most beautiful and magical feeling anyone can experience, more so when it is unpretentious and when it endures all things.

    Aw! This is what love is all about. I just watch another love story almost the same as this, but the other way around. It was so touching and their relationship is like you and me against the world.

      This is real, Daddy Allan. The guy is a dwarf and the bride agreed to be wedded to him despite his physical disability. :)

    I thought it is not a real story when I saw it in fb. Ilang Mara pa kaya meron sa mundo na hindi tumitingin sa panlabas na anyo. Sana marami pa.
