These are some of my comfort food. They make me exceedingly happy especially when I share them to those I love.  I admit they are a mixture of junk and healthy choices. And when I feel like binging I stop counting the calories and enjoy the taste instead but remind myself to eat in moderation. What is your comfort food?

    Yum - all of that looks good to me except the tofu :). Comfort food is pizza and cookies!

    The food from Asian Bites is so mouthwatering! Haven't tried the restos in Robinsons Galeria. Looks like there are many good eating places there as well! Gotta try it one of these days!

    Salmon sashimi is definitely tops on my list of comfort food, along with chocolates, cake, ice cream, sinigang... and halo halo :)
