Found at the second floor of the Eastwood Mall is one of the several branches of Uncle Cheffy. After hearing delightful stories about the food served in this restaurant, my taste buds had the chance to try their specialties. Finally! My mom and her girlfriends ate at this place in the past and she couldn't stop from sharing how delicious the food was.
Memphis barbeque US beef rib finger is to die for! My grandmother came along with us and she savored this dish with gusto though she dislikes eating meat. More so, it's tenderness and juicy-ness plus the flavors that erupts in your mouth as you bite the meat makes you sing, ooh-la-la!
This Thai style pla-pla is another dish that comes with a twist. I personally like this because of its crispy-ness. Every bite comes with a crunch. The sauce is a blend of sweet and sour like no other.
Another famous dish is the Uncle Cheffy Panizza. I was amazed to see Ken eating this enjoyably. He hates cheese but this time, he never complained nor did he mention the cheesy-ness. We also ordered rice with dulong that goes well with the fish and rib finger.
To end our satisfying meal, we ordered this Cheesecake for Ozen who has a sweet tooth. Uncle Cheffy is a good experience. The price is reasonable, the staff accommodating. I think I'll go there again to try their other dishes :)
